From a replacement lid to a travel tumbler, each Manna Hydration order has a preparation stage and a separate journey with the carrier.

Preparing your parcel

We normally process an order in 1–2 business days after payment authorization. That time does not include carrier transit.

Transit estimates and charges

Travel after dispatch is estimated at 4–6 business days, not a promised arrival date. Destinations, service choices, and shipping charges offered for your address are shown at checkout. Weekends, applicable holidays, weather, and carrier events can affect timing.

Tracking or delivery trouble

Please verify the address before checkout. We share tracking when available. If a package is late, lost, damaged, incomplete, or marked delivered but missing, send the order number, checkout email, tracking details, and helpful photos to aguheley560@gmail.com; we will investigate the next step.
