Authorization

An order is prepared only after payment authorization succeeds. A card issuer or payment provider may request verification, decline a charge, or display a temporary hold; these events are not proof that the order was accepted.

Billing and protection

Use accurate billing information. Secure checkout services handle sensitive payment details. Please do not send full card numbers, security codes, passwords, or one-time codes in a support message. Approved refunds

We process and initiate an approved refund to the original payment method within 10 days. Subsequent posting time is determined by the financial institution.
